GRADES K-2
Children will learn hymns and meditations for Mass. This Choir will sing at Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter Masses, plus other Masses as their preparation progresses. Children will learn solfeggio, rhythms and the beginning of note reading. Throughout the year there are many additional performances possible: The Living Stations, Tree Lighting Ceremony in Severna Park and Christmas caroling at the Springhill Family Center for Development. Rehearsals will be every Thursday at 3:00-3:45PM. An alternative rehearsal is offered for children unable to make the earlier time. It will be Thursday’s 3:45-4:30PM in the Gathering Space Meeting Room.
