Catholic Men's Fellowship
Catholic Men’s Fellowship (CMF).
Thousands of Catholic men are participating in men's groups all across the country. Join other men of the parish to discuss important issues relevant to Catholic men, pray, socialize, build friendships, and do service projects for the parish and community. St. John’s Catholic Men’s Fellowship (CMF) meets at 7:30 pm every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month in the Marian Room of the Parish Center (formerly known as the rectory basement). The CMF is an archdiocesan sponsored organization that provides support for men’s ministries in local parishes. Their annual all-day conference this year will be at Immaculate Conception Parish in Towson on Saturday, March 24, 2012. This year's Conference features the team from Crossing the Goal, who are regulars on EWTN Global Catholic Network, and promises to be a dynamic and lively event. Crossing the Goal is a Catholic men's ministry devoted to “supporting and equipping men to stand up and live the life they were called to by their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” The team includes:
• Danny Abramowicz, former NFL all-pro wide receiver and coach;
• Brian Patrick, host of the Son Rise Morning Show on Sacred Heart Catholic Radio;
• Curtis Martin, President and Founder of the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS); and
