GRADES 6-8
For any one in grades 6-8—The training will be more advanced with the special honor of assisting as cantor for the Children’s Liturgy of the Word which will be weekly at the 5:15 PM Masses on Saturday. This training will take place every week from 5:15-6:15PM on Thursdays in the Gathering Space Meeting Room.
The members of this choir will have special training in part-singing, leadership roles, and music specially selected for their voices.
The rehearsal is scheduled for only one hour a week and does overlap the Children’s Choir rehearsal. This enables joint choir meditations. Members of this choir are invited to come to the Children’s Choir rehearsal to help assist with the development of the younger voices.
