2008-2009 TUITION PAYMENT POLICY AND SCHEDULE

  1. Tuition payments are due on the following dates:
    Plan 1 - July 1, 2008
    Plan 2 - July 1, 2008 and December 1, 2008
    Plan 4 - July, September, December, February (1st of the month)
    Plan 10- July, August, September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April (1st of the Month)
  2. Tuition bills will be sent by June 15, 2008 to all families.  Monthly statements will be sent the 5th of each month. The first tuition payment for all plans is due July 1, 2008. Final payments are due by April 1, 2009.
  3. No child/children will be admitted to class in September unless financial responsibility is current.
  4. If, for any reason, a child is withdrawn from the school,  the current tuition payment that has been made is non-refundable. Tuition will be prorated to the end of the month of withdrawal.
  5. All applications for The Catholic Family Grant Program must be in the Parish Office by April 15, 2008 . Applications received after this date may be delayed pending availability of grant funds. Grant recipients will be notified by June 30th, 2008.
  6. The Tuition Credit Program provides another means for lowering your out-of-pocket tuition expenses. Information is available on the TCP web page.
  7. If you are experiencing any financial difficulty and cannot make a payment at the scheduled time, please contact the Business Office to explain the circumstance.  Extensions are readily granted for any serious reason.  Any significant hardships will certainly be taken into account, and other necessary arrangements can be made.
