Weekly Parent Communication
What Our School Parents Need To Know!
Dear Parents & Guardians
Beginning 3/28/2012, our new parent communication will be emailed to parents through Constant Contact! All messages and notices sent to parents will be sent out in this format. From now on, the Alert Now format will be used strictly for emergency purposes only, through email and phone messages. We will continue to send any forms that need to be completed and returned for events or school documents in the Wednesday Envelope in paper form.
The Weekly Parent Communication link on the website will be updated with reminders and deadlines for upcoming events, and we will continue to “tweet” short messages. Many families have signed up to receive messages from our school Twitter account. We encourage more of you to do so. ON YOUR PHONE, start a new text message to: 40404. Type these 2 words (without quotes): “follow stjohnsp1.” Hit send. It’s that easy!
Sister Linda wants to assure parents that any emergency-related Alert Now notices will be sent by email (indicated with a red flag) and by phone message in the future.
